You can burn up to 500 calories per hour of basketball. I played for 2 hours today. Go me!

I just read you can burn 115 calories per hour of bowling. I’ll be doing that tonight!

Plan B

Well the gym is closed she the week, so I really can’t do my regular workout, so…..PLAN B. Which means alot of aerobic activities! I have to make this week count for something.

So we are finally at the half way point. I love working out and making my self healthier. I haven’t had any set-backs, but spring break is here so I have to stay committed to what I’m trying to accomplish for my self. That will be hard but I know I can do it.
